This is my second torsion box workbench.  The first picture shows the new workbench being constructed on top of the previous bench.  The previous bench has holes for bench dogs that I found I rarely used.  I found a need for a well to hold tools from being knocked off of the bench and so incorporated one into this bench.  The torsion box is constructed with squares of MDF and the sides, bottom and top are 3/4 inch plywood, with hardwood ends.
