Parlor Guitar

This is a parlor guitar with a graduated tile binding and rosette.  The top is Western red cedar, and the back and sides are birch.  The fingerboard, headstock cap, bridge and endcap are ebony.  The binding is made of a series of tiles cut from ebony and birch of graduating sizes that fade from dark to light and back again.  Similar tiles are used to make the rosette.  The headstock is slotted, however, this is a steel stringed guitar.
